Kohút, originally the chairman of the board of directors and commercial director of Ness Slovensko, replaced Václav Klein, who remains with the company to work as chairman of the supervisory board. Klein, who is also a member of the European management team, is responsible for the development of new projects and international integration at the European level.

Kohút sees public and state administration and regional governments as the key segments for Ness, in which he wants to continue to strengthen the position of the company. He said his ambition is to elevate Ness Slovensko to be amongst the three most important IT companies in each of these segments in Slovakia.
