The Czech branch of the Czech-Slovak American Enterprise Fund (CSAEF) will be sold to a private company called Renaissance Partners, according to a report in the New York Times. The sale came about because of CSAEF's long-term poor performance and bad management, the paper wrote. The other half of CSAEF's portfolio, the Slovak-American Enterprise Fund, will continue to be managed by CSAEF.
