ONE OF Slovakia's biggest construction firms, Doprastav Bratislava, plans to reinvest more than Sk197.4 million (€4.9 million) of its Sk207.3 million (€5.2 million) net profit from 2003 in development, Doprastav's director general, Dušan Mráz, anounced.
The company's shareholders agreed on May 10 to Doprastav's merger with Slovdrex Senec, which owns land and a production hall that neighbours the Doprastav-owned Prefa production facility for concrete parts.
Doprastav bought Slovdrex in order to enlarge the production of prefabricated elements, said Mráz.
Last year, Doprastav won 126 public tenders for contracts worth Sk4.7 billion (€117 million).
