THE ECONOMY Ministry has proposed setting up a Slovak Venture Capital Fund with an initial to help restructure selected industrial companies. The fund should be established by the Economy Ministry, the Slovak Association of Industry, and state bailout agency Slovenská Konsolidačná (SKo), which should provide half of the planned Sk600 million ($13 million) in start-up funds.
