The Slovak telecommunications firm EuroTel plans to invest 3 billion Sk in the first three years after it obtains, as expected, one of two available licenses to operate a GSM mobile phone net. Its American partner, Atlantic West, agreed to a 40 percent share in the future operator, but is asking for a 50 percent share in decision-making.
