The company resides in Veľké Zálužie in the Nitra district and specialises in production of poultry and poultry products.
Among other added benefits, employees can, for example, have breakfast for free in the plant’s canteen, and lunch for just one euro. Employees can also get 12 kilograms of meat each month.
Those who have already received certificate of expertise to do all the jobs can take an interest-free loan from the company. The cherry on the cake is, according to Husár, the possibility of accommodation in houses with gardens. They started building them in 1999. At present, 19 employees’ families live there.
“Several young employees have founded families thanks to this,” Husár said. “As they do not pay huge amounts for rent, many of them save money and are able to build or buy their own home after some time.”
In the houses and flats, employees pay advantageous rents, and bigger repairs are paid for by the company.
HSH offers contributions for school supplies to families with schoolchildren. It also refunds medical examinations of its employees and repays rehab stays or medical equipment for the socially disadvantaged.
