“The convention represents a multilateral legal tool allowing the usage of all kinds of administrative cooperation which were created within the efforts of the international community, especially the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the Council of Europe,” the Finance Ministry explained, as quoted by SITA.
