People from Payless Consulting first prepare a free in-depth analysis for their clients where they show them precisely where and how to save by accurately noting the services they use.
“Often they pay more for the same service than they should, or than is the real value of the service,” Ľubomír Tatár of Payless Consulting said.

After the collaboration is agreed, they sign a contract for one year. During this period, the company offers overall care involving telecoms services, including complaints, checking invoices, negotiating new contracts or other consulting.
Moreover, their customers receive a monthly report about the use of individual services. Another important principle is that clients do not pay anything in advance but only after they see their savings.
Payless Consulting gets one half of this amount. Civic associations do not pay anything; and neither do clients if they do not save after the analysis, according to Tatár.
