MARIÁN Jusko, the former Governor of the National Bank of Slovakia (NBS), became a new member of the board of directors at Slovnaft, according to the TASR news agency.
The board chose Jusko as the ninth board member at a meeting at the end of February.
Currently the Slovnaft board is without a chairman, as Slavomír Hatina resigned from his post two weeks ago. The new chairman will be elected at the next general assembly, in accordance with Slovnaft's statutes.
