FOLLOWING a bilateral agreement between the Slovak and French cabinets on March 16, 300 Slovak specialists per year will be able to seek work in France.
This is despite the five-year transitional period for people from new EU-member states seeking work in France, according to the TASR news agency.
The Slovak Labour Ministry said in a statement: "Three hundred Slovak specialists a year between the ages of 18 and 35 will be able to find work in healthcare, social work, agriculture, business and freelance work, for up to 18 months at a time."
They will have to be qualified, have experience in the designated field and language skills.
