THE SLOVAK cabinet approved the National Programme of Reforms of the Slovak Republic for 2008-2010 at its regular session on October 8.

The government is to spend about Sk74 billion (€2.5 billion) from the general budget on measures spelled out in the material, the SITA newswire wrote. This amount includes highway construction, representing over half of the overall costs.
