The Taylor-Wharton Harsco company, part of the engineering division of Harsco Corporation, will begin making high-pressure containers on a site bought from US Steel Košice. Investments should total $4.5 million.
US Steel Košice has already drawn other foreign investors to the Košice region on direct contracts, and has undertaken a programme of presentation tours to major European cities promoting Košice as an investment destination.
