HGIF and HD IF are changed into joint stock companies

At a shareholders's meeting on December 19, the Harvard Growth Investment Fund and Harvard Dividend IF will make a decision regarding transformation into classical joint stock companies. The names of the new companies are Prvá strategická and Druhá strategická, which will not publicly trade their shares on the capital market. Both companies have already shifted much of their portfolio into the joint stock companies.
