A COURT has finally declared bankruptcy on crashed financial firm Horizont, with 47 creditors given up to two months to register their claims in bankruptcy court. The collapse in February of Horizont and other unlicensed deposit funds which offered over 30 per cent interest caused billions of crowns in losses to untold thousands of Slovaks.
