The Hospital and Policlinic (NsP) Medissimo is a unique health-care project in the Slovak market. It provides for clients complex lifelong health-care services in one place and without long waiting times.
The main advantage of the NsP Medissimo is its qualified team of doctors, who have a sensitive and individual approach to patients. Patients are given appointments for individual examinations at a clearly set period of time, which helps avoid wasting time in the waiting room.
In the Hospital and Policlinic Medissimo, you can find:
-28 specialised outpatient departments
-up-to-date equipment in the radiology centre (X-rays, CT, MR, USG, MMG)
-top-quality surgery theatres ready for the most demanding surgeries
-health care rendered in one day
-a comfortable rehabilitation and physiotherapy ward
-an inpatient ward with nine rooms of above-standard quality with abundant comfort for the patient
The health-care system is tailor-made to suit individuals as well as companies. A client can choose from a wide variety of year-round health-care programmes, or he can simply book an appointment for each separately. We offer options of examinations in outpatient departments and regular preventive checks, but also surgeries and post-surgery care.
Contractual health insurers
Thanks to cooperation with health insurers, prices at the NsP Medissimo are affordable. Currently, it has a full contract with the insurance company Union, and about 80 percent of medical transactions of the Všeobecná zdravotná poisťovňa (VšZP). The health insurer Dôvera also has a contract with the NsP Medissimo in the sphere of general practitioners for adults and children. The NsP also cooperates with foreign insurance companies, Union, Aetna, Bupa, Tricare and Allianz Worldwide care.
