LEASING firm Immorent Slovensko signed 14 leasing contracts for real estate and technology worth Sk2.1 billion (€52.3 million) in 2003, which is an annual growth of 18 percent.
In the real estate sector the combined value of contracts reached Sk1.9 billion (€47.3 million), and technology leasing reached Sk149 million (€3.7 million), down by Sk45 million (€1.1 million).
Combined revenues of the six companies in the Immorent group in Slovakia reached Sk436 million (€10.9 million), rising 19 percent year-on-year, and profits reached Sk17 million (€423,100) according to International Accounting Standards.
Immorent Slovensko is part of the Austrian group Immorent, a member of the Erste Bank Group.
