ENGINEERING company Kuenz-SK plans to invest Sk278.3 million (€7 million) in Slovakia between 2004 and 2007.
The investment will go to the construction of an industrial park in Kechnec, located in eastern Slovakia. According to the private news agency SITA, Kuenz-SK plans on building its third factory in eastern Slovakia.
The new plant will bring with it 88 new jobs, and another 22 jobs are expected to be created indirectly.
According to a document prepared by the Economy Ministry, the Slovak government will provide state aid to this investor in the form of tax breaks of up to Sk81.2 million (€2 million).
