EMPLOYEES of large foreign companies in the Bratislava Region get the most job benefits and perks, as shown by a Merces survey on wages.
Foreign companies offer one-third more benefits and perks than local companies, and private companies give one-third more benefits to employees than do state companies, the SITA newswire reported.
The most common perks include employee education, free drinks in the workplace, and flexible working hours.
People who work for state companies most often enjoy contributions for old-age pension, education, flexible working time and extra days off.
The amount of benefits and perks also depends on the size of a company, as large firms offer more than smaller firms. The Profesia job website conducted the survey on a sample of 23,000 respondents in August and September of this year.
