Lufthansa's regional director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Bernd Hahn, announced that on average, flights on the Bratislava to Munich route were half full.

Hahn sees growth potential in the air travel sector in Slovakia. The key is to get people to fly from Bratislava rather than Vienna. Lufthansa's ambition is to launch a scheduled route from Bratislava to Frankfurt.
