Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Slovakia (DTSE Slovakia) is the internal service provider for Deutsche Telekom Group, a world leader in telecommunications. DTSE Slovakia has been operating in Slovakia since 2009 and employs more than 900 employees in two locations - Bratislava and Kosice. It provides services for internal customers in 37 countries worldwide. DTSE Slovakia DTSE Slovakia

Nowadays, more than 650 employees work for DTSE Slovakia in Bratislava with about 250 employees working in finance, reporting, digitalization, project management, procurement and other areas.

The biggest service lines in Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Slovakia are:

Procure-to-Pay – provides operative procurement and accounting services to our customers. The entire sales process involves processing purchase order requirements, receipt of goods, and invoice processing to final payment, including banking operations.

Group Travel Management – handles reimbursements for travel and small expenses of Deutsche Telekom employees.

Account-to-Report – deals with assessing asset purchases with regard to IFRS standards, processing asset transactions (asset capitalization, disposal, transfer and other transactions), changing asset master records, closing operations and ledger/subledger reconciliation.

Customer Finance – responsible for the operational end-to-end process of payment and collection management with consumers and business customers as well as sales and wholesale partners. This includes, in particular, the management and quality assurance of receivables management, payment transactions, debt collection, billing and invoicing.

Plan-to-Execute – serves the entire reporting process from data provision all the way to the finished reporting product. This includes all processes related to data collection and validation, aggregation and so on.

Technology transformation management – supports company digitization, searches for new trends and ideas, evaluates them and provides support in project and process management.

Enterprise data management – provides harmonized data model for Deutsche Telekom’s business processes and maintains data through automated workflows.

As well, DTSE Slovakia is an international company with 20 nationalities, where 70% have a university degree, and with a high proportion of women (70%).
