The Telecom Office market regulator has pushed back a deadline in a tender for licenses to offer GSM and UMTS mobile services; the deadline for the submission of requests for a license has been moved from April 10 to May 2. The reason for the delay is the number of questions and comments interested bidders have had on the tender process.
