The very successful Slovak job fair called “National Career Days” (NDK) is celebrating its 16th annual event in 2011. AIESEC Slovakia – the organizer of NDK – again is offering an opportunity for leading Slovak companies to present their firms and have an opportunity to meet and find young, future employees.
Thanks to the great results in past years, AIESEC Slovakia decided that this unique job fair will be held for the first time in Slovakia’s two biggest cities in 2011: on March 9-10 at the Incheba Convention Center in Bratislava and on April 6-7 at Hotel Centrum in Košice.
NDK is the meeting point for representatives of Slovak companies and students and job-seekers. Companies have the opportunity to advertise themselves by providing information about their firms to young, talented students and graduates and to collect many high-level CVs in a short time period while highlighting a company’s brand in the eyes of those attending the job fair. A unique presentation or a video is a good way to attract students’ attention and companies also have the option of organizing a training course or case study during the fair as a way to show its corporate culture and policies and grab the attention of job fair participants. Those attending the job fair will primarily be students of economy, finance, management, IT and students with a technical focus.
Each job fair participant will receive an NDK Information Bulletin with information about all participating companies along with practical advice, for example, on how to write a CV or a motivational letter. The fair organizers, with a help of a HR specialist, have also prepared a valuable accompanying program with presentations and workshops that will help students and graduates in choosing the most appropriate job.
During the job fair visitors will also vote for the best participating companies in various categories, enabling companies to better understand what students think about their brand.
Companies can register for the job fair at www.ndk.sk until the end of January 2011.
