THE NEW arrivals terminal at Bratislava’s M. R. Štefánik Airport should be completed by the middle of June this year, the TASR newswire reported on March 1. Construction of the arrivals terminal is the second phase of a project to replace most of the airport’s passenger facilities.
Total construction costs for the new arrivals terminal are significantly lower than for the departure terminal, and should amount to about €40 million.
The departure terminal, the first phase of the project, was put into operation in June 2010.
