Pension managers administered Sk12.3 billion

ONE YEAR after pension management companies were launched in Slovakia as part of the national pension reform, they had a total of Sk12.3 billion (€330 million) in savings on their accounts.

At the end of March, Allianz - Slovenská poisťovňa had the largest share of the market, administering 30.8 percent of the total volume of pension savings.

Winterthur administered 29.5 percent of the total value of savers' assets, followed by VÚB Generali with a 17 percent market share.

ING DSS administered 12.1 percent, ČSOB DSS had 5.8 percent and Aegon DSS 4.8 percent, the Association of Pension Fund Management Companies told the SITA news agency.
