SLOVAK financial arbitrage group Penta Group and Dutch investor OostEuropaParticipies BV will jointly bid for a 100 per cent stake at the troubled shipyard SLKB.
Penta Group announced on January 22 that its role would be to ensure consolidation of the shipmaker's property as well as legal relations.
