THE FNM state privatisation agency yesterday awarded an 87 per cent stake in shipping firm SPaP to the Dunajservis firm, which bid Sk351 million in a public tender. Dunajservis is closely linked to corporate raider Penta Group.
A tender for the shipper was already cancelled once last year amid allegations of impropriety among FNM members in choosing Dunajservis as the winner.
