CORPORATE raiders Penta Group have declared interest in swelling their 31.8 per cent stake in steel maker VSŽ into a majority stake, and in taking a tougher legal line in the Sk3.6 billion ($85 million) in court suits the firm faces, many for the wrongful dismissal of former managers.
