THE FINANCE Ministry has made a mistake in the preparation of a draft revision to the law on fees and tax administration.
The revision should prolong the term for submitting property reports and declarations, but the submitted draft revision prolongs the term for submitting property reports only, from January 31 to February 28.
However, citizens who do not own property above Sk1.5 million and therefore are not obliged to fill in the property report, are still obliged to submit declarations by January 31.
