SLOVAKIA’S General Prosecutor’s Office will review the country’s new highway electronic toll collection system for defects in response to a complaint submitted by truckers who claim that the system has serious imperfections.
Road haulage operators claim that there are poorly-divided tolled sections of roads, an improperly established system of payments and recurrent problems with the onboard units, and that they have been charged for driving on sections they did not use, the Sme daily reported.
