The Dutch telecommunication company, Royal PTT Netherlands, showed an interest in a strategic partnership with Slovak Telecom and offered preliminary help in the transformation of Slovak Telecom into a joint stock company, Dušan Szabó, the State Secretary of the Transportation and Telecommunications Ministry announced after his meeting with the Wim Dijk, the President of the Royal PTT Netherlands.
