THE BUSSING company SAD Bratislava will be sold to Bus Transport, a firm backed by the real estate company HB Reavis, the Slovak cabinet decided on July 7, the Pravda daily wrote.
Bus Transport will pay a total of Sk727 million (€18 million), gradually gaining a 57 percent stake in SAD Bratislava.
HB Reavis, which built the Aupark shopping centre and several business centres in the Slovak capital, plans to build a new bus station in Bratislava that should be comparable to the central stations in Paris and London, the firm's management told Pravda. Investments in this project should reach several billion Slovak crowns.
