Saunier Durval establishes a joint venture with Protherm

The French company Saunier Duval, the second largest European producer of gas cauldrons, has decided to invest into the Slovak-Czech company Protherm Bratislava, company officials announced. The investment, which will increase Protherm's registered capital to 40 million Sk, is the largest foreign investment in Slovakia in the area of producing and distributing gas cauldrons. Saunier Duval will obtain a 40 percent stake in the company from the capital infusion.
