Speakers at the first seminar included Bart Waterloos, a partner at VGD and Gerard Koolen, group managing partner at Lugera and Makler.

The second seminar will cover financial tools to analyse in-sourcing and outsourcing decisions of HR functions, to assess profit and loss in greater detail and ways of monitoring the financial results of in-sourcing and outsourcing. A third seminar will provide a summary of two first seminars and offer comprehensive tools for selecting and assessing external providers.
