THE HEAD of the World Taxpayers' Association, Bjorn Tarras-Wahlberg, has said Slovakia should either introduce a single tax rate or cut incremental rates before it enters the European Union as expected in 2004.
"Afterwards it could be too late," he said at the end of a three-day tax seminar in Bratislava.
