ECONOMIC sentiment in Slovakia continued falling for the fourth consecutive month in September, when it reached 87.8 points, one point lower than the previous month and the lowest rate since March 2010, the SITA newswire reported.
The Statistics Office, which measures economic sentiment, pointed to a decrease in confidence in the construction sector (down by 3.5 points month-on-month to minus 45.5 points) and among consumers (down by 5.7 points compared to August to minus 31.6), as well as a continuation of negative developments in the previous two periods.
