Slovakia's sole oil refiner, Slovnaft a.s., said on September 18 it expects to post a full year pre-tax profit of around 3 billion crowns, up from 2.31 billion Sk in 1996.
"Results for the first half of the year show that we can reach the plan for the whole year," Jolana Petrašová, deputy director of economic issues, said.
