THE SLOVAK refinery Slovnaft will pay out dividends of Sk7.5 billion (€217 million) to its shareholders, representing a sum of Sk363 per share.
"Private persons as well as corporate entities registered in the Central Securities Depository as shareholders of the Slovnaft company as of April 27, 2007, will be eligible for the dividend payment," said Slovnaft spokesperson Hana Šimková.
The dividends will be due 60 days from April 27.
The majority shareholder of the refiner is Hungarian crude-oil and gas company MOL, with 98.4 percent of Slovnaft shares.
