The tender for the privatisation of a 49% stake in gas monopoly SPP, the world's second largest distributor of gas, to a strategic investor or consortium of investors is expected to be called before the end of July, representatives of Credit-Suisse First Boston in Prague, the government's advisor for the privatisation, said June 26.
The sale of the stake was initially due to have been concluded in the first half of this year, but is unlikely to be finished before the end of the year, CSFB has said.
