SLOVAK Telecom (ST) will create a new company called T-Com for its fixed line operations, the daily SME reported. ST is already a mother company of mobile operator T-Mobile Slovensko.
According to the ST president Miroslav Majoroš, Slovak Telecom, T-Com, and T-Mobile Slovensko will still compete with each other. "We will announce a new brand called T-Com for fixed lines next year. Deutsche Telekom (ST's majority shareholder) has a similar [company] architecture."
