THE SWAN company which operates, in cooperation with the state-owned postal company Slovenská Pošta (SP) the 4ka mobile operator, will operate on the Slovak market as Swan Mobile.
Moja 4ka service will continue to operate, the company informed the SITA newswire; this is only a change of trade name of the company operating the mobile operator.
“The Swan Mobile company will provide mostly the mobile electronic communication services,” CEO of Swan and Swan Mobile, Martin Mosný, said. “Its sister company, Swan, continues to build its own optical network. It will also offer the triple-play service Swan Multimedia for households.”
The reshuffle of the Swan group makes also space for the joining of a new shareholder in the Swan Mobile company, the firm informed.
Swan is part of the DanubiaTel holding, whose portfolio includes also a data centre, software-house and national administrator of domains.
