SWISS President Kaspar Villiger has sent a letter to his Slovak counterpart, Rudolf Schuster, complaining of "negative influences" in Slovakia's business environment after a Swiss firm complained that it had won a Sk1 billion tender for supplying railway engines but had still not managed to sign a contract with the ŽSR state railways.
