On July 7, VSŽ Košice's annual shareholders' meeting approved strengthening the Supervisory Board's powers. The board is now entitled to appoint and remove VSŽ vice-presidents. It is expected that the Supervisory Board will appoint two new vice-presidents soon: Ľudovít Solár for external relations and Igor Grega for services.
