VSŽ Invest Inc, a branch of VSŽ also located in Košice, submitted a privatization bid to the Hungarian state privatization agency for the metallurgical company OAM Kft in Ózd, company officials announced. Talks had been going on between the two since February. (See TSS Vol. 3 #5 for more information).
