The private commercial television company Vaša Televízia (VTV), operated by VTV Cable TV, Bratislava, is interested in merging with a strategic partner. So far, one Slovak and seven foreign companies have shown interest in investing. The final decision should be known by autumn. VTV has been in operation for one year, and its accumulated debt now reaches several hundred million crowns.
