In the Bratislava borough of Devín a brand new residential area is emerging. On the south-western slopes of hillside vineyards across from Devín Castle, the first family houses have already been built, and more are soon to come. The first owners will move into their newly-built homes as early as the end of this year. Those interested in living in the middle of nature while just a stone’s throw away from the city are now eligible for the autumn offer of a 15-percent reduction on all free plots. The price per square metre is €255 including VAT. Thus, a plot in the most beautiful part of Devín can be bought for €153,000 with VAT.
PANORAMA CITY: Construction of tallest residential towers in Slovakia launched
The construction of two triangular towers PANORAMA CITY in the centre of Bratislava has just started. They will be the tallest residential buildings in Slovakia. For their construction, almost 6,500 tons of iron and 45,000 cubic metres of concrese will be used. Company Chemkostav, a.s. is the supplier of earthwork, foundation and construction site of the project. Until the end of September, there is still a chance for buyers to buy an apartment for beneficial price.
PANORAMA CITY breaks records
Since the sale of flats in the tallest residential towers in Slovakia started last March, 338 buyers have chosen to live in Panorama City. More than half of the 606 flats were sold in less than three months.
