Ingredients: 2 sheets of filo pastry (yufka), 250ml oil. For the filling: 200g of crumbled
white cheese, 1 egg yolk, 1/4 bunch parsley, 1/4 bunch dill, pinch of salt.
Preparation: Divide the filo pastry sheets into two semi circles, then into four curved triangles. Place the filling at the wide end, fold up the long sides to contain the filling then roll it like a small cigar. Fry in hot oil until golden and serve hot.
