When looking for spectacular Slovak nature, tourists should not abandon the region of northern Slovakia – Kysuce.
The highest peak of the region, Veľká Rača (1,236 metres above sea level), is not just an ideal spot for skiing in the winter.
In summer, visitors can enjoy long and scenic walks, take a cable car up to the hill, jump on a trampoline, or take a ride on the longest bobsleigh in Slovakia. It operates during the summer and winter seasons.
