A family business
The company was founded in 1990 by Vladimír Vikor Sr., who took the opportunity shortly after the regime change. As a small-scale entrepreneur, he began undertaking minor construction contracts in Nitra and its surroundings. Several years passed, the circle of collaborators expanded, larger contracts were secured, and the company diversified its activities into additional divisions - construction materials, a concrete plant, a transportation division with a fleet of construction machinery for rent, and a development division. As the company grew, the founder's sons joined, working their way up from lower positions to top management. Twelve years ago, Vladimír Vikor Jr. assumed leadership of the company and, under his guidance, DYNAMIK has acquired numerous significant construction contracts, international certificates, and prestigious awards, such as the Best Managed Companies in Slovakia for 2022 and recognition among the TOP 10 employers in the construction industry. In addition to its headquarters in Nitra, the construction division has branches in Košice, Brno, and Belgrade. While the company still maintains its family character, it has established itself as a general contractor for iconic projects, including the Slnečnice residential project, the Jaguar/Land Rover manufacturing plant, the modern technological center for Muehlbauer in Nitra, the Aupark shopping center, and many others. The quality of DYNAMIK's work is attested by the fact that clients regularly return to cooperate on more projects – for example, Dynamik has constructed three manufacturing plants for Magna Electronics in Slovakia and one in the Czech Republic. While others struggle to meet the legislated minimum recycling rate of 70%, DYNAMIK consistently exceeds legal requirements with a recycling rate of over 90%. DYNAMIK proposes – and often implements – alternative and innovative technologies on its construction sites, streamlining the construction process and reducing emissions.
