* MAK - Out of Actions - Aktionismus, Body Art & Performance (1949-1979). For the first time, the exhibition presents action-oriented art and performance in an international context, introducing it as a pivotal phenomenon that radically changed the course of post-war art, since it had been developed by the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles. Vienna is great for bike riding because of its special bike paths. Take your own bike, or rent one and join Pedal Power guided bike tours. Tours in English, including rentals, cost 280 ATS (230 ATS for students and 150 ATS for children). With your own bike, the tour costs 180 ATS. Tours take place in any weather -- they even provide raincoats! You can choose from two tours: 1) City Bike Tour (approx. 3 hours) - an easy route with frequent stops to take pictures, a visit to a medieval wine cellar included. Daily at 10am. 2) Danube Island-Heurigen Tour (approx.4 hours) - or an easy ride along the Danube to vineyards on a small hill. Taste young wine in a small tavern. Every Sat and Sun at 3pm.
