“Do you know what a shared service centre does?”, “Can you name a few with operations in Slovakia?”, “Have you had any experience with business process outsourcing?” We asked university students at Bratislava-based campuses these questions a couple of years ago in preparation of our first Facebook video teaser.

We discovered some students had no idea that Slovakia is actually one of the fastest-developing hubs for business service centres (BSCs) in central and eastern Europe.
